At Collections By Kathleen - we are very commited to your privacy.
We will never share your personal information with any outside or third party vendors or distribution lists. We will use your information that you provide to us for the purpose of filling and shipping your order(s). We reserve the right to contact you for questions concerning your order only. (These questions may be to verify the item ordered, your shipping information - or to verify payment information). We will not automatically send you offers or e-mail alerts for new product unless you have specifically requested to be added to our e-mailing listing.
Collections By Kathleen uses PayPal for credit card purchases. PayPal will request the following information to process your order:

Shipping/ Billing Address
Email address
Phone number
Credit or Debit card information
Delivery Times
Most orders are filled within 1-3 business days. Orders ship from Cleveland, Ohio. Please allow extra ground transit time for orders shipping to western and southern states.
Shipping
All orders shipped within the continental United States will be shipped via USPS. The shipping and handling fees are as follows:
Orders that subtotal from $5-$25: $5.95
Orders that subtotal from $25-50: $7.95
Orders that subtotal from $50-$75: $9.95
Orders over $75 - free shipping and handling
Foreign Orders
Any foreign orders will ship via USPS air package. Please add a fee of $25 to the shipping charges above for all foreign orders. Foreign orders of $75 and over will have the minimum fee of $25.00.
Return Policy
Collections By Kathleen does not currently accept returns. Please select your purchases with care, and feel free to contact us with any questions.
PaymentCollections By Kathleen now accepts credit card payments using PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase by credit card. Prepayment is also accepted by personal check or money order. COD is not available at this time.
